All items you add to your inventory, whether through the mobile app or desktop app, can be easily found in your desktop application. Here's how to locate them:

Inventory Page: All your items, regardless of where they were added, will appear on the Inventory page of your desktop app or under All Items in mobile.

Draft Items: Drafts are visible in both the mobile app and desktop app.

To view drafts in the Studio desktop app
  1. Go to your Inventory page
  2. Look for the Drafts checkbox
  3. Check the box to display all draft items
To view drafts in the Studio Mobile app
  1. Tap on View Inventory from the Dashboard
  2. Tap the Drafts tab on the top of the screen
Available Items: Items you've marked as Available in either the mobile or desktop app will appear in both the desktop and mobile app.

  1. Go to your Inventory page
  2. Look for the All or Available checkbox
  3. Either click on All or check the box on Available to display your items

Sold or On-Hold Items:

  1. Go to your Inventory page
  2. Look for the All, Sold, or On Hold checkboxes
  3. Check the box on the status you would like to see to display your items
Additionally, you can click on Sales History to see all your sold items with sale information like sold price, where it sold from, and any comments you added for the sale.

To view Sold or On-Hold  items in the Studio Mobile app
  1. Tap on View Inventory from the Dashboard
  2. Tap the All Items tab on the top of the screen. All items and their statuses will show in this tab, with the exception of drafts.
Remember, the desktop app doesn't differentiate between items added via mobile or desktop. The categorization is based solely on the item's current status (draft, available, sold, or on hold), not where it was originally added.
