I cannot log in. How do I get access to my Ronati account?
No worries! Getting back into your Ronati account works much like other accounts you may have used.
First, make sure that you are logging in with the correct email address (this would be the email you used when creating your Ronati account).
Next, try logging in with the last password you remember using. If that doesn't work, you can reset your password by selecting Forgot Password on the login page of the desktop app to receive an email with instructions.
On the mobile app, when you select Log In, you will receive a pop-up requesting permission for Ronati to use ronati.com to sign in. This is referring to the desktop app, which is web-based. If you give this permission, you should be able to log in without trouble.
