What if my dashboard information looks wrong?
The dashboard reports are drawn from the information in your item records, so if the dashboard report looks wrong, chances are that corrections are needed within your item records.
We are happy to help you sort out dashboard errors. Please contact us through the user menu in the Studio desktop app: click your account name at the top right of the screen and a pop-up will appear giving your options, or click on the ? symbol on the bottom right of your screen to open our live chat feature for help from a member of our team.
