How do I change my SKU settings?
If you do not enter a number in the stock number/SKU (stock keeping unit) field, Studio will generate a number for you. As with any other field, you can edit this number if you wish.
The generated number is based on settings which you can change at any time in the desktop app: from the Settings menu on the left of the page, select Inventory Settings.
Scroll down to SKU / Stock Number Settings and specify your SKU prefix, prefix separator and starting SKU number. Each of these fields has an information bubble to advise you.
Click Save when you’re done.

Note: SKU/Stock Number settings are only available to update in the Studio desktop app. To change your settings, log into your Studio account from a computer, laptop or large tablet in landscape view and follow the steps provided in this article.
