How do I share items in Studio?
Ronati Studio makes sharing items super simple! You have two options:
1) In the mobile app, you can share items via text message, email, or social media.
2) In the desktop app you can create fully customizable presentations, sometimes referred to as “tear sheets” or brochures, which can be downloaded as PDFs to be printed or shared digitally.
In Studio mobile:
Tap View My Items from your Dashboard or
tap the three stacked lines ☰ icon in the top left corner of the screen to access the app menu, then tap My Items.
Tap the three stacked dots ⋮ icon beside your item in the list, then tap Share.
Select the image(s) you want to include and click Continue; the Share Preview screen will come up, with the pictures you selected plus the information you added for that item, excluding information from the Notes field at the end of Basic Details. (See > How do I add notes to an item?)
Tap Share and select whether you wish to share via email, text, or social media.
The shared item will preview on your mobile device like a standard email, text message or social media post. You will be able to add a personal note and edit the text accompanying your shared item as much or as little as you wish before sending/posting.
Note that the various social media channels have their own rules and limitations that affect how much of an item’s information you can share from the Studio mobile app. We’ve summarized these for your reference below. In Studio on desktop:
You have the option to Create PDF in the Studio desktop app. This presentation creator makes it easy to create beautiful brochures or tear sheets for single or multiple items which you can download, print and share electronically. It’s only available in the desktop app because a mobile phone screen is just not big enough to properly use this excellent tool.
