What are the differences between the mobile and desktop apps ?
Studio is designed to centralize your item details and photos, allowing you to manage your inventory in one easy-to-use location that has mobility!
Studio mobile allows you to capture, document, access and share items on the go using your mobile phone or tablet.
- Photograph items and instantly remove image background
- Add details or descriptions – you can type or speak
- Share item details and images via text message, email or social media
Items documented in the mobile app are synced and added to your inventory, making them visible in both the mobile and desktop apps. (You do need a good cell signal or Wi-Fi connection to allow items to sync in both places.)
Some inventory management features – including Prepare for Listing and Create PDF – are not made for mobile and need to be used from a desktop or laptop computer. (They can also be used in landscape orientation on larger tablets!)

Studio on desktop is where you will document, manage and track your inventory: one searchable, sortable database of all your items with their photos, videos, details and all of your notes, all in one place!

The desktop app is web-based — i.e. you access it via a website, so there is no download needed.
You can add your items to your inventory through either the mobile or desktop app, or we can help you import from a marketplace or spreadsheet.
