Ronati Mobile App & How to Share Items via Text

How do I share items via text from the Ronati Mobile App?
 

The Ronati Mobile App makes it easy to instantly share inventory items via text message directly from your phone. Whether you're exhibiting at a fair, traveling, in your shop, or responding to an inquiry on the go, you can quickly send item details, photos, and videos as soon as the buyer shows interest.
 

 

To share an item via text:

    • Open the  Ronati Mobile App  and tap on  All Items  at the top of your mobile dashboard to view your inventory.
       
    • Select the item you’d like to share and select the  Share  button at the bottom of the item record.
       
    • Next,  choose the photos and videos  you’d like to include. Selected media will display a checkmark. Tap  Continue
       
    • On the next page, you can preview your item details, then tap the  Share  button at the bottom of the screen to choose your sharing method.
       
    • Select the  Messages  icon to open your phone’s text messaging app:
      1. Enter or select the recipient’s phone number. 
      2. Review and customize the message before sending — you can edit the item details and pricing and add personal notes for the buyer. 
      3. Send the text message as you normally would. 


The  buyer will receive the selected photos and videos along with the item description and any notes you included.

Sharing directly from the mobile app helps you respond to buyers faster and showcase inventory in real time. Whether you’re texting an existing client or meeting a new buyer while sourcing or exhibiting, your inventory is always ready to share wherever you are.
